For Sydney, trapped and surrounded by adversaries, life becomes a daily struggle to hold on to her identity and the memories of those she loves. Has everyone else been waiting as long as me to get their hands on this book??? I have to say that I loved it. I’ve never really been as invested in the Adrian/Sydney story story as I am Rose/Dimitri. I get a little flushed just thinking about Dimitri….*swoon*. That being said, I loved Adrian a bit more as I kept reading.
To ensure this post is spoiler free, I will keep it short. If you’ve enjoyed Mead’s books in the past, you will not be disappointed. This book continues her work flawlessly and, of course, leaves a heck of a cliffhanger. I’m only sad the next installment will be her last in this series.
